ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Operations plays a crucial
role in our organisation overseeing the day-to-day operations,
ensuring that business operations are efficient, effective, and
aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Working closely with the CEO and Management Team, you will be
responsible for operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory
standards. The role will involve leading and managing a team of
dedicated professionals and involvement on a regular basis at board
level. This role offers the perfect opportunity for a proactive,
driven professional to be part of the leadership team in a dynamic,
fast paced environment in a period of significant growth.
